Individual Therapy
£80 - 50 min.
1. Getting started

Get in touch by email or through the contact form to make an enquiry or book a session.

If you would like to see whether we might work well together, we can arrange an initial session.
This first session is a space to talk about what’s bringing you to therapy and what you might hope for from the process.

Feeling comfortable with your therapist is an important part of starting therapy. The initial session is an opportunity for you to see whether we feel like a good fit, with no obligation to continue beyond this session.

After this, we can decide together how to proceed. Therapy may be time-limited, over a shorter period, or open-ended, with regular reviews. The ending is guided by your needs and what feels right for you over time.
2. The therapeutic work

Depending on what you would like to explore or work through, we will pay attention to both your past experiences and your current life, helping you make sense of your experiences.

Where helpful, I use specific therapeutic interventions or techniques to support the work. This can be especially important when working with the impact of trauma or when patterns such as obsessive or repetitive thoughts and behaviours are present.
3. Ending therapy

When therapy comes to an end, we agree on a planned end date. This allows time to review your progress and to prepare for the ending of our work together.
