Process

1:
Get in touch by email and we arrange for a time to meet.

Speaking about what brings you to therapy is the first step and you decide if you like to continue working with me.
From there we meet either time-limited - over a shorter period of time
​
OR
​
open-ended , where we have regular reviews, but the time of ending will be determined when it feels right for you over the course of therapy.

2:
Depending on what you like to resolve or process, we will pay attention to your past story and current life for you to make sense of your experience.
If indicated as helpful, I will use specific interventions and techniques.

3:
​
We agree on a planned end date and make sure there’s enough time to review your progress and prepare for the end of therapy.
