You might need support in addressing specific difficulties or simply need someone to listen to and clarify what is happening at the moment and where you like to go next.
I work with a range of problems, including but not limited to:
- Low Self-Esteem
- Health Anxiety
- Feelings of shame & guilt
I am curious about who you are and during our time together we work in collaboration to find ways and strategies to help you with what you need.

Number of Sessions:
short term – usually 6 to 12 sessions – these sessions are more structured and focused on solving identified problems over a shorter time period
long term – lasting from a few months up to a year or two - to explore more deep-rooted and historical difficulties.
